  • Day 2: Full-Day Somatic Heart Journey

  • Days 3-6

    • Morning pilates or beach time

    • 3 workshops per day on health and energetics

    • Individual coaching and somatic sessions in between workshops

    • 3 clean nourishing meals

    • Acupuncture session on Day 3 to restore balance and support deep nervous system healing

    • Nervous system osteopathy treatment on Day 4

  • Day 7: Breakfast, final workshop, depart
